In the first year, the head of the group was elected and all five years did an excellent job of this organizational “post”. After graduating from the university, Rustam Vakhaevich, having worked as an assistant to the authorized representative of the Chechen Republic under the President of the Russian Federation as an assistant to the authorized representative of the Chechen Republic in Moscow, returns home.

In his homeland, his labor activity in the ruling and ashes of Grozny begins with the post of artistic director of the theater and concert hall, where work was actively carried out to restore it. And Rustam Vakhaevich, with the assistance of the chief director of the theater Ruslan Khakishev, undertook to revive the former glory of the National Theater. The troupe of the theater, and especially the oldest actors, played an important role in this. According to Rustam Vakhaevich, all issues were seized at the same time: improving the organizational component, establishing lost ties with theatrical groups of the North Caucasian republics, touring activities, the acquisition of stage clothing, costumes, and at the same time social issues of actors were resolved.

With the actual activity of the director, it was possible to gradually establish the material and technical part, bring into compliance with the requirements of the stage mechanics, equip sewing and decoration workshops, purchase their vehicles for touring trips. In the summer of the year, according to the personal initiative and sketches of the director, the facade part of the theater building again underwent huge positive changes.

There was an inscription in Chechen, on marble slabs on the columns at the entrance, an inscription in two languages ​​was made - in Chechen and Russian, a courtyard with the device of the ramp was re -restored, a green zone was landscaped. In a short time, a museum was restored, where rich material about the history of the theater was collected, about those people who stood at the origins of the origin and development of theatrical art at different periods of time.

Joy and admiration for both colleagues-actors and spectators of both troupes knew no bounds. After so many years, the meeting caused tears in the eyes of both Chechen and Ossetian actors, which was connected by long -standing friendship both as people of art and as just old acquaintances. Then there were touring in Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, Ingushetia. The troupe of Ossetian, Kabardian, Dagestan, Balkarian theaters began to come to the republic.

Our viewers also warmly met their favorite groups and their long -standing friends. During this period, the team began to work on the restoration of the repertoire. Wanting to please their spectators, they began to put such fun performances as “Marriage”, “Matchmaking by the stream”. The viewer reached for the theater again. Currently, the team has several sets of stage clothing, several pairs of national costumes.

In Taganrog, new costumes for future performances are ordered and sewn. So, step by step, for two or three years under the skilled leadership of the young but energetic director Rustam Vakhaevich the theater was revived and healed with a new life.An even greater inspiration for the theater team turned out to be a large material and moral support, provided in the year of the head of the republic, Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov.

When meeting with cultural figures, he spoke very warmly about the team of the National Theater, paid special attention to veterans, giving comfortable Toyota Camry cars and several apartments, as well as monetary rewards, which undoubtedly caused great respect and gratitude to the actors for such attention to themselves. This, undoubtedly, is the share of the merits of the director Rustam Milkiev.

At the same time, under the leadership of the director, the theater resumed its touring trips around the district centers and villages of the republic. Perhaps there was not a single village where the theater would not show its performances. As Rustam Vakhaevich said, now in the repertoire of the theater-performances for all ages, starting from the youngest spectator, as “Anya Flower”, “Golden Trap”, “Bremen Musicians”, also for young people-“reckoning”, “Word of the man” and spectators of the older generation “God-ali”, “Council of Ministers and Daud”, “Immortal”, “Neighbors”, etc.

The plan of the theater for this year: a monthly show on stage up to 5 performances and cover up to 40 thousand spectators, which suggests that the National Theater, having survived all the pasture cataclysms, returned to its former glory and the viewer returned to the hall.
