Fedotov Yuri Biography
Lyubov Ageev on August 20 on August 17, Yuri Stepanovich Fedotov, People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation, leading the actor of the Kachalov Theater, would have turned 79 years old. He could still live among us. At this age, some actors sometimes go on stage. If they are loved by the leader of the theater. And Yura was loved. The artistic director of the theater, Alexander Slavutsky, gave him a role even when the actor began to forget the text.
So it happened. Today we represent Yuri Fedotova not as an actor. There are already publications about this in Kazan stories. It is possible to imagine Fedotov as a photographer. No, perhaps this is not an accurate definition. Because he was a photomaster. In his pictures, life is stopped for a moment, as only a camera can do. But only when the observant person holds her in her hands.
And then he even has a broken road after heavy rain will seem like a beautiful picture, and he will make you like a picture, although his lens will see only two sleeping men on a street bench. Unfortunately, in my personal archive there are not many pictures of Yuri Fedotov. As it turned out, in the first issue of the newspaper Kazan Vedomosti, which was released on March 15, we published its wonderful picture, full of optimism - we all really lacked faith in a happy or at least normal life at that time.
Yura, somehow ending up at the construction site-long building near the intersection of Chistopolskaya streets and Decembrists, at the beginning of Korolenko Street, did not pass by the fence on which someone kindly wrote: “People, everything will be fine! Probably, one of the photographers brought. The author was unknown. The fact that he could belong to Yuri Fedotov, I found out after he was gone.
There is another picture that I cherish. He was presented to me by the actress and teacher of Juno Karev. Yura photographed her son Seryozha as a little boy. She said that Yuri Stepanovich and Seryozha Govorukhin had a very warm relationship. Hence the child’s surprisingly gullible look into the lens. His mother, and even more so, does not yet know how Sergey’s life will turn out, what fate he is prepared for, what profession he will choose, what will he do ...
When she gave this picture to me, both of them were no longer alive, neither Yuri nor Sergey. But if Yura died at the age of 70, then Seryozha is very young. He was a little by the way, Sergey Govorukhin was born on September 1, and on this day a traditional memory evening is planned in Kazan. He will take place at the Vasily Aksenov House-Museum and will begin in the other day a great joy to everyone who knew Yuri Fedotov, delivered Valery Pavlov, a famous Kazan photomaster, which was laid out on the Kazan community page.
He allowed me to publish them in the photo gallery of Kazan Stories, under the section “Vernissage” under the section “Vernissage”. At the same time, I decided to post on the newspaper’s website another one of our conversations with Yuri Fedotov, which I finally found in the binder of “Evening Kazan”. This time we talked about his hobbies. As you know, he was a passionate person.
He was known as a photographicist, even among professionals, he led the amateur theater and greatly appreciated people who have creativity - not a profession, but a state of mind. The conversation took place in the year. The interview was published in the newspaper "Evening Kazan" on June 10. A lover - from the word "love" the space of human development was called free time by Karl Marx.
How to implement this statement in life? We decided to ask such a question to several famous Kazan residents, whose opinion will surely be authoritative for readers. Today our interlocutor is the leading actor of the Bolshoi Drama Theater. Tukai and Komsomol Prizes Tatar named after There was an unusual silence in the theater. This happens only in the offseason: my troupe has not yet left on tour and the guests have not arrived.
We met with Yuri Stepanovich Fedotov in his dressing room. Everywhere - on the couch, on toilet tables - lay photos. He sorted them to the big black bags. As always, I arrange where we tour, my exhibition. Let them look at Kazan and Kazan. I prepared more than a hundred works on a variety of topics. I try that not a single exposition is repeated. For the audience, they don’t care, they will see old photos for the first time, but I am used to showing new works.
How will they react? The audience response is very important: it gives an emotional charge, because at home you put your work not so often. In this September, for example, he issued an exhibition in the House of Scientists, for next year he planned an exposition for his theater, an exhibition for the WTO All -Union theater Societies - Ed. I want to make a gallery from children's photographs in the theater of a young spectator.
Artists usually argue that they have no free time at all. In the afternoon - rehearsal, in the evening - a performance. And so every day. But there are still other things: entries on radio and television, meetings with the audience, public work in the theater and still free time, like every person, is. True, the specifics of our profession is such that it is sometimes difficult to share work and leisure.Let's say I'm going for groceries to the market.
I stand in line, involuntarily observe people-and suddenly I find something important to solve the character of my hero. Yes, there is free time, it is important that it is not empty time. I'm afraid of such minutes. We must constantly do something, know something. Zabolotsky correctly said: “Do not let your soul be lazy” The brain should be in work all the time. It happens that you are sitting in a chair seemingly idle - and suddenly lines of poems are folding in my head, perhaps, over time, I will make public - when I will be convinced that it is also interesting for others.
So with the photograph there was. I shot for myself until they convinced me that I needed an exhibition. I have been photographed for a long time. It allows me to know the world. With the growth of theatrical experience, for example, psychological portraits have become very important: I try to catch something main thing in a person-in his soul, attitude. Not a single picture appears just like that.
It is difficult to predict how it will be, but you are already preparing for him, catching the moment. The search impulse beats in you constantly. Now I am grief with the desire to show the last film: how did yesterday’s frame come out there? His story is interesting. I'm going from work, as always, with a camera. By the way, I wear it everywhere with me, I see: a schoolgirl is coming towards me, a satchel is behind me, and in my hands there is such a touching girl.
I suddenly saw her future mother - so she carefully carried her doll. He passed by, but then returned. I watched her for a long time.
The girl stopped and sat down on the side of the road. And I still will not decide how to remove it better. It is necessary that her delicate smile, and a satchel, and a doll are entered in the frame. And suddenly she turned to me. And at that moment the shutter of the camera clicked. Of course, someone takes off better than me, but I do not strive for professionalism.
For me, the main thing is not a high technique, but a direct, sincere view of the world around him. Photography makes it possible to see the unusual in the usual, wakes up imagination.
