A native of the city of Lipetsk. For the first time was in captivity at the age of 12, in the children's educational colony. He managed to graduate from high school in Lipetsk, and did not have time, again, having got into the places of imprisonment - a music school in the class of the accordion. In rare periods, outside the zone, he worked as a musician in the Joker night bar, played and sang in VIA “post-question”.

In total, Igor Ivanovich spent 30 years behind bars, went out, and immediately returned. During this time, he was officially married nine times, and always - on the correspondence, he found all his wives according to the ads, and after a short correspondence he married. Igor Ivanovich was serving all his deadlines for hooliganism. Having a very fragile creative nature, he is very hot -tempered.

A man is laconic and modest by nature, Igor Ivanovich has a huge creative potential, which he was far from fully consumed.

He is fond of poetry, writes music, has a collection of his poems, was repeatedly published in the newspapers of Lipetsk and the region. At the final concert of the competition on October 24 in Moscow, the only one of all the finalists did not wear civilian clothing offered by the organizers.

His album “Term”, on which the best arrangers and sound engineers worked on, became popular even before the publication, and now successfully sold.

The song “The Street of Patience” from this album is dedicated to Vladimir Volzhsky, the same famous Zonovsky singer, whom Igor met in the SIZO Sailor Silence, where participants in the first competition were kept before the final concert “Kalina Krasnoy”. Version 1 suddenly died.
