In the year, she was seriously wounded and got into the Moscow hospital, where she looked after her for several months and, literally, her wife of the then member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of Schvernik, who adopted Ziba. And what were her expressive eyes, insightful, full of nobility and purity, as if her complex and bright fate was reflected in them.

Azerbaijani by birth, a purposeful personality, heroic personality, she incorporated the enormous spiritual power of the fraternal peoples of our country, became the bearer of international, patriotic ideals and morality. Repeatedly met with Ziba Ganieva, I tried to note, remember the unique features of her character and appearance, fleeting movements of the soul, gaze, inner glow of the eyes. Having previously made a number of field sketches, I literally painted her portrait in one breath, which for me is not only the result of inspired, creative work, but also the expression of great recognition and gratitude to Ziba Ganieva for her heroic, selfless contribution to the general victory of the Soviet people.

Unfortunately, Ziba Ganieva and her husband Tofik Kadyrov have already passed away, but the bright memory of these amazing people will forever remain in my memory and memory of the descendants of the generation of winners. We collided with her at a huge carved door leading to the rehearsal hall. Thin, like a shadow, with a face of Nefertiti, a girl, holding a copper bracket-hand, tried to open the door and could not. I smiled, took up the handle and opened the door wide in front of her. In G. at that time I was already in Moscow, and we met again. And on November 7, she was a sniper, a machine gunner on the tank, defended Moscow.

Zibu was seriously injured. Remember these names. She hit the hospital, where Maria Fedorovna Shvernik looked after the wounded. This beautiful Russian woman saved Ziba life. Ziba was dying of blood poisoning. Eleven months Maria Fedorovna did not leave Ziba's bed. And when she rose to her feet, she burst into tears with happiness and said: "All normal women wear a child 9 months old, I have nurtured you for 11 months." For heroic exploits during the Great Patriotic War, Ziba was awarded orders and medals, including the Order of the Battle Red Banner.

However, the title of Hero of the Soviet Union, which she deserved, Ziba was never awarded. But she defended Russia.
