We met with the honored artist of Russia in the Theater "At the Nikitsky Gate", where the actor has been playing for 20 years. Friends often call me when something breaks in their car or they fall into unpleasant situations on the road, of course, I explain.

We have been working together for 17 years. We joke that we see our families less often than each other: we spend almost every week for two to three days on the set of the “main road”. And for almost three years we play in St. Petersburg in the comedy performance “Lover”. Andrei invited me there. It used to be fishing together? As usual, I haven’t caught anything, but he does this business professionally, does not go without a catch.

He constantly sends me photos, what pike he caught or someone else, then brings to try finished products. Very tasty. His wife Katya is remarkably smokes of fish. Grandfather had an endless number of Lenin’s busts: apparently, everyone considered it necessary to give them to him at creative meetings.

These monuments are still stored in mom. Mom, People's Artist of Russia Zoya Samsonova, still lives in Ulyanovsk, plays in the theater, she is an honorary citizen of the city. Recently we celebrated her summer. On the contrary, everyone said that this is not the most fertile work, so in childhood I did not want to be an artist. It is strange to want what you already have. I dreamed that in the future I would become a captain of a long swimming or a trucker in order to ride everywhere.

And when the moment came to determine the profession, I realized that the exact sciences do not interest me, I do not speak foreign languages, but I read poetry well and I know literature. So I had a direct road to the theater institute, especially since the acting profession implies tour, expeditions, immersion in other reality. So, we can say, what I dreamed about in childhood, I achieved.

You have been serving there for 20 years, not without reason Mark Rozovsky calls you a supporting lyceum. What performances with your participation would you advise to see? The chic performance “Roman about Girls” according to Vysotsky’s prose and with his songs. Of the more modern productions - “Captain's daughter” according to Pushkin. I have the role of Pugachev.

Together with his wife Natasha, we play in the play "Paraphses". To this play, Mark Rozovsky inspired Bergman’s film “Scenes from Marital Life”. Monthly in the theater I play performances. Actually, I first went to go to Moscow and seemed to have passed all the contests safely, but then a promotion came that one boy and one girl from the course were reduced.

I became the boy who was reduced. They told me: “You can remain a free listener,” but I went to Yaroslavl, there was an additional set in August and September.

Those who flew off the competitions or did not pass the examination exam at the theater institutes of St. Petersburg and Moscow came there. Good, funny guys gathered on the course, we still maintain contact. In the year, a regent came to our theater school and asked our vocal teacher if she had a bass. And she also recommended me Pasha Grigoryeva, he is now working in St. Petersburg in the theater of musical comedy.

It turned out that it was necessary to sing from the sheet, which neither I nor Pasha never did. At least I graduated from the piano class in the class of piano. And Pasha, when he saw a sheet with notes, asked: “What is it? In the church choir, we sang for almost three years. Then, together with my wife, we sang in the church choir for 10 years when we worked in the theater in Ulyanovsk.

But at one time we gave him the opportunity to try himself in our profession: he played his son in the “living corpse”, danced in the ensemble of Alla Plyova, we starred together in the series “Autonomous”. Apparently, after that he made conclusions. The youngest is 11 years old, until he starred nowhere. He is professionally engaged in swimming. We go to theaters, museums, listen to symphonic music.

But the strange world of social networks is still winning. So we have a serious struggle.
