As an economist, an accountant, I was happy to advise him on the opening of a bank account, the balance sheet ... But there was no further cooperation.
I am a healthy conservative in life, then I did not believe in any commercial enterprises, ”recalls Guzelia Safina herself. Having seen on the so-called “cooperators” and her entrepreneurs, her father, brought up by his father in the spirit of respect for honestly earned and does not accept attempts to appropriate someone else's, the warp, how she herself admits, from how such “dealers” made money in those days.

Contracts concluded, but did not go. The money stuck somewhere. In a word, we lived like in a volcano, not knowing a minute of peace. How to get out of difficult situations was prompted by life itself. There were all kinds of transactions: bought and sold cigarettes, sugar, fish. But then somehow very quickly switched to oil products, ”says Safina. It was then that the truly big work began.
Export operations, participation in exchange trading - all this was new, difficult and, as Guzelia Mukharyamovna admits, interesting. But already in the year we began to accept new employees because the business was gaining momentum. The hands were not enough in the literal sense of the word, - continues to share the memories of Guzelia Safin. There were such moments that it was scary - ordinary people gathered - not their mother’s sons, not a lazy person, but the hard workers who taught themselves to work for days and not whimper, not complain about fatigue and difficulties.
The pace of life is so rapid that in a day we managed to do so much that others would have enough for a week. The wheels of the car were wound up to 1 km per day, ”Albert Shigabutdinov himself says about the events of almost summer prescription, who has already left the chair of the general director of TAIF JSC and who became the chief adviser to his developer and chairman of the board of directors of TAIF JSC.
By that time, we had already changed the address and moved to the office on Mushtari Street, where we occupied the second floor. There was no one to even sign the documents. Ours call: prepare payment, run to the bank and pay faster. But how to pay and how to pay? I had to get out myself. Then we had only one car, and I walked. You fly to the bank, ask for a loan.
There is nothing to justify the loan, everything is on a honest word: they say, we will be earned. You will receive a loan, subscribe to payments - and that’s it. One moment - and this money immediately left. Not a penny in the account. I return from the bank and catch myself that everything is shaking inside, like in a fever. But it was unthinkable to get off the distance.
And the next day, all the same was repeated, ”Safina recalls. Moreover, VNPPO “Kazan” never gave anyone a reason to even think that a dishonest game was possible on his part. The reputation of an organization that can be trusted has become the main asset of the company. Having organized the effective sale of petrochemistry products, Kazan VNPPO was vitally interested in improving petrochemical industries, increasing the volume and product quality.
Independently, enterprises in a state of crisis could not solve these problems.I had to take up the solution to this problem. It was a year. Workers did not receive it for 6 months. In general, they turned the matter in such a way that our company should pay 3 billion million rubles for the privatization of Nizhnekamskneftekhim. And we have a path situation: not a penny in the account.
Every day they called us and asked how much money we transferred. We began to borrow money on the side. They got out on the sale of cars. It was not just difficult to get them in the year, but colossally difficult. But we managed to do this, quickly conducted the operation and managed to close their debts, ”Safina shared her memories. Albert Kashafovich, spoke about the situation of that period in more detail: “Then 3 billion million for us was an unbearable amount, but it was decided that our company was supposed to pay them.
The conversation was at first with me: "Albert help me pay, otherwise the team may be left without shares." And we have no money. We partially agreed with the banks - we took a loan. All the money was sent completely from the turnover-we then engaged in the purchase and sale of cars in VNPPO and transferred all the revenue from there for shares of NKNH employees for several months. It was a difficult period, there was not enough money, salaries were cut to all employees of VNPO, the business stopped for several months.
The NKNH promised us to cover this amount with money from export supplies. You remember that at the end of the beginning of the X Tatarstan, he worked closely with Yugoslavia. Rubber, the revenue from the sale of which should have been partially covered by the sale of shares of the enterprise employees, were sent in wagons to Yugoslavia, and there the war began.
And the wagons loaded with rubber fell under fire and bombing. They were completely destroyed - everything burned down. By that time, we had already paid money for shares of the labor collective, the NKNH did not have other opportunities to return it to us. And we found ourselves with billions of debts in our hands. They tried to return money from Yugoslavia for a long time, but the war dragged on, then Yugoslavia broke up.
According to him, he is still scared to remember those years, the solution to this problem was so difficult. At the same time, the enterprise still managed to save. ” This product fell into the Russian market with the help of American partners. Albert Shigabutdinova once brought life. And this partnership has become strong and constant. The Americans recommended that the Tatarstan company engage in the construction of the local stock market, without which it is impossible to attract from outside to develop the petrochemical industry.
I had to start mastering this new business. Including study abroad. There was already trust in VNPPO “Kazan” as an investment structure in the region, and the company turned to the leadership of the republic with a proposal for the development of full -fledged levers of the stock market in Tatarstan. But then the work was seized again. So she realized that working somewhere else now simply could not. The main joy is that people are satisfied with the TAIF group today - these are 42 subsidiaries and dependent companies, which operate more than 38 thousand main areas of activity: oil and gas processing, chemistry, petrochemistry and energy; investment and financial services; gas station and other services; construction and production of building materials; Production of information complex and other services.
All subsidiaries and enterprises are closely interconnected from the point of view of the economy, equipment, technology and management. And this is what allows the group to develop and improve, expand the product line and sales markets.
