I really loved to play the doctor, and over time, in the ninth grade, my close friend Tanya and I simultaneously decided to become doctors. At that time, and now, the most terrible horror stories were associated with an anatomist, corpses, morgue. It is a pity to spend a lot of strength and in the first year of the bear “not to go through the baptism” by visiting this place.

The spectacle and smells were unattractive, but we realized that we would handle it. And then Tanya and I, before the monument to Lenin, made each other an oath that we would become doctors of sciences and professors. I restrained my oath, and my friend - not quite, although without these regalia I achieved a lot in the profession. Now she is in Moscow, the top manager of a very large pharmaceutical company.

I had excellent teachers - professors Vladimir Ivanovich Orlov, Nikolai Vladimirovich Rimashevsky: under his leadership, I fulfilled both the candidate and doctoral dissertation, and I am very grateful to him. And for introducing me to science, and for introducing the leading obstetrician-gynecologists of Russia, with whom I now maintain friendly and professional relations.

You have many regalia, and grateful patients call you a “doctor from God” on Internet forums. What qualities helped you achieve such professional heights? They tell me that I was born with the habits of a leader. I showed achievements in sports, in a drill song ... my parents knew that I did something all the time, trying to cause praise to cause them. At the end of the residency, two months later I was appointed the head of the observation department of the city hospital of the maternity ward, three more months later I became the head of the Rodblok, the heart of the maternity hospital.

And it was the most difficult city perinatal center, which collected the entire severe pathology. Then “soap abortions” were widespread: the soap was introduced into the uterine cavity, and they were all silent as partisans, until they began to die from acute renal failure. I had a stunning in practical healthcare career growth, but three years later I was invited to the university, to be an assistant teacher.

I did not understand why I did it, but agreed. And everything collapsed: I was very in demand, all such a head of the maternity ward, everyone addresses me, I am a star ... And then I came to teach ... I had to quickly defend the dissertation. I realized that there are three hypostasis in teaching: pedagogical, scientific and medical work. I like to deal with many things at once: today to give a lecture, to hold a conference tomorrow, to work with graduate students the day after tomorrow, then go to the operating room ...

This constant change of classes very inspires me, I cannot imagine a monotonous monotonous work. I can not imagine a monotonous monotonous work you are the head of the 9 months clinic. Does this mean that you began to engage in medical practice less? I consider administrative work very important.

Her role goes far beyond the investor. She took on all administrative work, and I am responsible for the development of clinical programs, the development of the competencies of doctors, for the level of quality of medical care, service. I did not move away from medical practice - and I am leading and operating. What inspired you when creating a medical center? What standards were focused on?

We sought to collect the highest technologies: this is the equipment and the technological process - methods, the implementation of procedures and diagnostic programs, and rehabilitation. We rely exclusively on federal protocols published by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, from which we cannot retreat. But we also know that the compulsory medical insurance system does not include expanded diagnostic programs that help to understand what is happening with the woman, to make a forecast.

Both a woman and a fruit from the first days of intrauterine life are patients whom we perceive as independent units, and take into account which factors can harm them. My requirements for obstetrician-gynecologists increase from year to year-they should be specialists of a wide profile, have knowledge in all related fields. Irina Bushtyreva is also known as the teacher: under her leadership, 5 doctoral and more than 50 candidate dissertations were protected.Its students participate in international scientific competitions and congresses every year.

At the World Congress of Mother and Fruit of London, a year under her leadership was presented three reports.
