On September 13, the Belgorod regional department of the SDRR, Deputy Chairman of the Belgorod Regional Branch of the Union of Women of Russia, Lyubov Petrovna Kireeva, was elected by the deputy of the Belgorod Regional Duma of the Seventh convocation. Lyubov Petrovna was born in the village of Tolstoy, the Gubkinsky district of the Belgorod region, graduated from school with honors, received two higher educations.

At the same time, at the age of 17 she began to work. For more than summer experience, Lyubov Petrovna passed all the steps of the service staircase - from an ordinary technique to the leader, who was responsible for a huge range of questions. For more than 15 years, Lyubov Petrovna has been the chairman of the Belgorod Regional Organization of the All -Russian Trade Union of Life Support Workers.

When she was elected to this position, the trade union was practically nothing of himself, he, in fact, was not there. And today it unites primary trade union organizations, it consists of more than 20 thousand workers, and all these are ordinary workers. Therefore, in her everyday work, Lyubov Petrovna considers one of the main goals to protect the person of labor and, under any circumstances, always tries to help.

The regional trade union of life support workers under the direct leadership of Lyubov Petrovna helps to gather children to school, organizes a health rest for its members and their families, which needs to provide financial assistance. So the wards of Lyubov Kireeva can be sure: in a difficult situation they will not be abandoned and will always help. In addition, the trade union of life support workers seeks to do everything possible to raise the prestige of working professions: contests of professional skills are organized and conducted, various sportsardeals, labor protection seminars are organized for young people, and meetings aimed at strengthening social partnerships are held.

The entire career path of Lyubov Kireeva is inextricably linked with the sphere of housing and communal services-so important for each of us, and at the same time as difficult, where various difficulties and problems arise almost every day. But Lyubov Petrovna is not the person who scares difficulties. Rich life and professional experience, the ability to find a common language with both leaders of various levels and ordinary workers and residents of the city-all this allows her to find a solution to almost any issues related not only to housing and communal services.

Control over the execution of the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings in Belgorod, as well as for the improvement of domestic territories, have already become ordinary working duties. The program is large -scale, and all the houses in the city where repairs are carried out is not easy to cover with its attention. But where Kireeva’s love directly oversees the course of repair work, contractors always listen to the opinion of the residents and try to take into account all comments and wishes as much as possible.

Nothing escapes her attention, because Lyubov Petrovna easily rises to the attic, descends into the basement to check thoroughly whether the builders did everything. But not only houses and yards are repaired under the close attention of Lyubov Kireeva. At one of the deputy receptions from the city residents, a request was received to establish a memorial on the street on March 8 of the city of Belgorod in memory of fellow countrymen, residents of the village.

This is true, but nevertheless, Kireeva’s love skillfully combines the main work with active social activities: for 10 years she has been a member of the Public Chamber of the Belgorod Region, has been the post of deputy chairman of the Belgorod regional branch of the All-Russian Social-state organization “Union of Women of Russia”, the head of the regional center of public control in the field of the Belgorod region, is included in the public.

The Council for the Housing and Communal Services under the Governor of the Belgorod Region is the chairman of the permanent commission of the Council of the Regional Professional Union on norm-making and human rights activities. She was twice elected as a deputy of the Belgorod City Council of 5 and 6 convocations, which indicates trust from voters. In the City Council, he heads the permanent commission on urban planning, the development of urban economy and ecology issues.

And this is only a small part of all its posts. At one time, Lyubov Kireeva headed the permanent commission of the Council of the regional trade union for working with youth and gender policy. Therefore, she knows about the problems of youth and women firsthand.Our youth is now active, creative, full of initiatives, but they need support. ”One of the most significant youth support measures is to provide affordable housing.

And this, in turn, is one of the most important steps to strengthen the family, increase the birth rate, as well as the opportunity for employers to secure labor personnel. Kireeva Lyubov sees one of the ways to solve these problems in an increase in the representative office of women in the legislative and executive authorities.
